Story Wanted: Inspirational Slimmers.
Where the story will appear: Women’s Magazine.
Story info: Women aged 20-35 approx who have lost weight and:
-Found their first boyfriend.
-Landed the job of their dreams. NB getting the job must not have been possible without losing weight. Eg becoming a teacher after losing weight would not work as it is possible to be an overweight teacher. The weight loss and job type must be connected.
In addition, we are also interested in any case studies of women in this age bracket who lost weight and it saved their life. Eg they discovered a lump which led to a cancer diagnosis.
All case studies must have before and after pics of their weightloss. We can credit any relevant organisation.
Special criteria? : Female. 20-35 approx.
Story Wanted: A girl/woman who was overweight and had no confidence to date. Lost weight got first boyfriend.
Where the story will appear: Sunday Newspaper.
Special criteria: under 30, good before and afters, boyfriend will be pictured.

More info: We are looking for a really fun, lively real life story for the January issue of a glossy women’s magazine – not too scandalous or about cheating but anything goes as long as it’s a good read.

More info: We are looking for inspirational slimming stories. We need women aged 20 to 35 approx who have lost a significant amount of weight and transformed their lives in the following ways:
-Lost weight and conceived my first child.
-Lost weight and landed my dream job (eg became an airhostess after previously being too heavy).
-Lost weight and got a boyfriend.
We do not want case studies who have had gastric bands/bypass surgery, they must have lost the weight through diet and exercise. Please contact me asap by end of Mon 7 Dec ideally. We will need before and after collects of case studies.

Story / Case Study Wanted: A heart warming love story of a couple who fell in love this year.

More info: We are looking for amazing love stories where the couple met this year (for our Christmas wishes came true feature).
We need the woman to be between 19-35 and ideally they have got in touch with a long lost love this year and their romance has been rekindled. Perhaps he was half way round the world but she/he tracked them down and now they’ve met up and are together.
Maybe she was single for years until she found her childhood sweetheart again this year.
Whatever the story, we’d love to hear about it.

More info: The person would need to to give their reaction to announcements in the pre-budget report next Wednesday. 5-10 minutes on the phone. They would need to provide rough details of their job and salary (although we could keep this a little vague if it is sensitive). It will be a forum for them to give their views on the Chancellor’s report, and we could obviously mention their business etc if they wanted us to (although it must be their personal income that is £150,000 or more not the company’s profits)

Article Info: We’re looking for stories for a light-hearted piece about things that happen at Xmas office parties. Someone who slept with the boss and it went horribly wrong / got so drunk, did something wild and were the talk of the office the next day etc.

Article Info: I\’m looking for two case studies for this feature. I need to find a mum whose child was hospitalised after binge drinking at Christmas (had alcohol poisoning / stomach pumped etc). Am also looking for a mum who lets her kids drink at Christmas as she thinks it will stop them from binge drinking outside the home. For both case studies, the children need to be young, ideally 11 and under.
Case Study Criteria: The mum needs to be aged around 20-40.

More Info: We are looking to interview a family containing three generations of young mums. More info: We are URGENTLY looking for a woman who called off her own wedding. Ideally it was very close to the date of the wedding, all the arrangements were in place eg. dress bought, venue booked, invites sent out, and she decided, for whatever reason, she couldn’t go through with it. We can pay a substantial fee for a suitable case study and will not identify her ex.

More Info: We are looking for any pantomime-themed short features for our Christmas issue. They can’t be romantic or to do with relationships so anything like a panto disaster or anything funny or quirky to do with pantos would be great. Something like a woman who was told to ‘break a leg’ before she went on stage and then she did, would be perfect!
